Project inquiries and communication

When you contact us, we use your name, email, business details and message to discuss your project. Inquiries are stored in our private management system hosted on Cloudflare. Notifications and correspondence may reach our working Gmail inbox through Cloudflare Email Routing.

Website activity

We record page views and contact-button clicks with an anonymous browser-session identifier, page path and broad device type. We respect Do Not Track. We do not put IP addresses, full referrer URLs or URL query strings in our analytics records. A temporary, hashed network identifier may be used for abuse prevention.

Cookies and protection

A first-party session cookie helps protect form requests and group activity into anonymous sessions. The private studio dashboard uses Cloudflare Access to restrict management tools to the owner. We do not sell your information or run advertising trackers on this website.

Retention and your choices

We retain information while it is needed for your inquiry or working relationship. Anonymous activity is retained for up to 90 days, and expired abuse-prevention records are removed. Private recovery snapshots expire after 30 days. To request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry information, email info@oakfrontstudio.com.
